The goal

Tele2's purpose is to reduce CO2 emissions by involving its employees and promoting environmentally sustainable habits. The goal set was to build a professional and personal ecosystem that has a smaller environmental footprint and cultivate a corporate culture that places the environment and employee well-being at its center.

The solution

Experience designed for 65 people from different departments focused on SDGs 4, 11, 12, 13 and 17. The dynamic contemplated different categories with sustainable actions, and a CO2 savings objective was proposed to be achieved during the duration of the challenge.

The result

The result was successful, since not only was the proposed CO2 objective achieved, but the involvement of people was so high that the savings were doubled. Furthermore, this implementation favored a space for interdepartmental connection in which participants felt part of this very close-knit Good Goalers community.
